Once you create your account, you'll need to pay an initial fee of $12 which will cover the current school year and sign the CHESCA and Community Schools Document and the CHESCA Statement of Faith. Every June 1, users who have not renewed their membership will be deleted, as the system assumes they are not interested in staying in CHESCA. If you have renewed, you are covered for the next school year (on June 1, the system will skip deleting you this time).
