Used Curriculum Sale
Detailed Information for Sellers
Book drop-off will be Friday, June 19, from 11:00am to 1:30pm. This is the only time books will be
accepted. Come to the west side of the building. No items will be accepted during sale times.
Please, no young children as this is quite a hectic time for our workers. We have thousands of books to
organize!
Clearly label each item with a 3x5 card (or larger) with the following information IN THIS ORDER:
- Grade level (choose ONE GRADE, not age level) (books without grade level noted will NOT
be sold)
- Price
- Your name
- Book title
If an item is part of a set, please label it clearly (e.g. 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc.). Each item in the set
fastened together must be labeled.
Tape securely to the front of the book, but do not use double-sided tape. Do not use post-it notes. A
lost label means no money to you. If you will not accept a check for your sold materials, write "Cash Only"
in red on each 3x5 card.
Also, when you bring and distribute your books, bring a 9x12 envelope legibly marked with your name,
address, and phone number for return of your sold cards and money.
Take your boxes to your car after unloading. Bring them back prior to payout for loading your unsold books.
Please arrive at 4:00pm on Saturday June 20th to load your unsold books into your car. Bring your own boxes, and
be prepared to assist with loading.
Payout will be Saturday June 20th at 4:15pm. You will receive 100%
of your sales after you pick up all unsold items.
